All ticket prices do not include accommodation. Accommodation will need to be booked directly with the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre. All attendees of MPUK’20 will receive a discounted rate on their stay – make sure you mention MPUK’20 at the time of making your reservation. Room rates start from £90 per night.
How does the payment plan work?
Once you have paid your deposit, at 10% of the ticket price, the remainder of the balance will be taken from your card (the same card you use to pay your deposit) over six-monthly instalments. Each instalment will be 15% of the ticket price. The first instalment will be taken on the 1st September 2019, and will then be deducted on the first working day of the next five consecutive months; October through to February
What if I do not wish to use a payment plan?
That’s not a problem, you can pay your balance in full, rather than opting to sign up to a payment plan.
What happens if I miss a payment on the payment plan?
Sometimes this can happen – you may simply have had to order a replacement card and therefore the payment plan is unable to take the funds when requested. If this happens, we will notify you and make another two attempts to take payment before your payment plan is cancelled. If you are aware of any issues prior to a payment being taken, please contact us at email@example.com so we can work with you to resolve any issues.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices shown are plus VAT
Is accommodation included in the cost of the ticket price?
No, accommodation will need to be booked separately. You can do this by booking directly with the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre. It is your responsibility to organise your accommodation.
What happens if I purchase my ticket after 1st September?
Unfortunately, only those who have booked and paid either their Early Bird or 10% deposit to secure their ticket prior to the 1st September will be eligible to sign up to the payment plan. This is due to all balances needing to be paid in full by 1st February 2020, therefore not leaving enough time to allow for six instalments to be paid.
